It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty Joan Stedelin of Centralia, Illinois, who passed away on July 20, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her stepson Thomas E. Stedelin, Jr.; her parents, Ellis E. McMillan and Iva McMillan (Tom); her brother Ellis E. "Bud" McMillan; and her siblings-in-law, John A and Dorothy Stedelin.
She is survived by: her spouse Thomas E. Stedelin, Sr.; her daughter Nancy Todd (Sam) of Eddyville, KY; her daughter-in-law Carol Workman (Max) of Murray, KY; her sister-in-law Marilyn McMillan of Centralia, IL; her grandchildren, Brian Stedelin (Haley) of Murray, KY, Adam Meloan (Andrea) of Kansas City, MO and Amy Swift (Dale) of Murray, KY.; and her great grandchildren, Clayton, John Henry Stedelin, Brooks, Mason, Graham Meloan and Tinley Swift. She is also survived by her many great-nieces, nephews and step-grandchildren.
Due to the current pandemic, a limited visitation will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2020 at the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
