It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Sue Alli of Centralia, Illinois, born in Ashley, Illinois, who passed away on June 23, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Monroe Stephens and Alice Elizabeth Stephens (Gipson); her husband Sam Alli; and her siblings, Cheryl Verble, Sharon Kay Robnett, Linda Stephens, Joseph Stephens and Ricky Stephens.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Korzenewski (Tony) of Sandoval, Sammy Alli (Kim) of Centralia and Stacy Simon (Kurt) of Carmi; her grandchildren, Tiffany Gierten, Ashley Price (Travis), Jake Simon, Luke Simon, Anna Alli, Gracy Alli and Samantha Alli; her great grandchildren, Kaiden Byars, Kylen Byars, Alliana Price and Ridge Price; her sister Melissa Vowell (Brian) of Odin; and her niece Tina Wilken. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the pandemic, Social Distancing will be observed, and a Graveside Service for Barbara Alli will be held Friday, June 26, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Hillcrest Lakeside Chapel in Centralia with Pastor Sammy Alli officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital and will be accepted at the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home at 235 North Sycamore Street Centralia, Illinois 62801, (618) 532-3523, who is honored to be of service to the Alli Family.
