She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Anglen and Pauline Anglen (Manion); and her brothers, Dean Anglen and Dale Anglen. She is survived by: her husband Phillip Ball Sr. of Centralia; her children, Kimberly Ball of Centralia and Phillip Ball Jr. (Rebecca) of Centralia; her grandchildren, Ashley Ball of Centralia and Brittney Ball of Centralia; her siblings, Donald Anglen of Centralia and Paula Maltman (Robert) of Centralia; her close friends, Steve and Kathy Bryant of Centralia; and her godson Jeremy Bryant of Centralia. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Barbara's honor to Shriners Hospitals for Children and will be accepted at Irvin Macz Funeral Home in Centralia.
