He was predeceased by: his mother Louise Mullins (Vogt); his wife Lula Marie Hayes; his mother Audrey Mullins, Sr.; and his siblings, Dennis Raymond Mullins, Norma Barnes, Judy Payne, Sandra Kay Mullins and Janet Mullins Grindle.
He is survived by: his former wife Janice Sharp; his sons, Matthew Dwight Mullins of Centralia and Bryan Scott Mullins of Centralia, Illinois; his grandson Nick Hall (Samantha Tartt) of Staunton, Illinois; his great grandchildren, Cameron, Bentley and Novalee; and his siblings, Gary Mullins of Centralia, Illinois and Elsie A. Miller of New Orleans, Louisiana. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family asks those who are attending to please be mindful of social distancing, wear a mask, and take any health precautions necessary to ensure a healthy environment.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army or Centralia Masonic Lodge # 201 and may be received by the Moran Queen-Boggs Funeral Home at 134 South Elm Street in Centralia, Illinois.
