He is survived by: his parents, Michael Warren and Joy Elizabeth Holder (Warfel) of Kingston Springs, TN; his grandparents, John Warfel of Arcola, IL, Mitchel and Barbara Holder of Ducktown, TN; and his aunts and uncles, Mitchel Holder (Beth) of Cumming, GA, Jon Holder (Bobbie) of Turtletown, TN, Sheri Shoemaker (Jeff) of Urbana, IL and Kent Warfel of Arcola, IL.
