He is survived by: his mother Sylvia Balles (Blunt) of Cocoa, FL; his sister Brenda Balles of Cocoa, FL; his nephews, Austin Simmons (Sophie) of Wakiki, HI and Isaiah Simmons of Cocoa, FL; and his former wife Kena Kempthorne-Balles of Freeport, IL. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
