It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Schoff of Cedarville, Illinois, born in Richland Center, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 2, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Mayfield and Maxine Mayfield (Alderman); her siblings, Linda Wilke and Loren Mayfield; and her son-in-law Mark Knox.
She is survived by: her children, Dean Schoff (Becky) and Renee Knox; her grandchildren, Megan Gibbs (Josh), Nathan Schoff, Jacob Schoff (Jessa Carlsen), Zachary Knox and Olivia Knox (Cruz Garza); her stepgranddaughters, Nichole Warren (Kelly Forster) of Mark Knox, II, Heidi Gregory (Eric) and Vanessa Hoffenden (Dwight); and her great grandchild Bryson Gibbs. She is also survived by 14 step great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Due to the pandemic, no services are planned at this time.
