He was predeceased by: his parents, John Verdayne and Nellie Mae Cooley. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Cooley of Chicago, IL; his children, Dayne Cooley, Jr. (Lori) of Appleton, WI and Dena Yangas (Tim) of Chicago; his grandchildren, Danielle, Alaina, Taylor, Timothy and Nicholas; his great grandchildren, Lennyn, Weston and Isaac; and his sisters, Sharon Cantu and Linda DeLfaunte.
A memorial fund has been established in his name.
