She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lowell Kintzel and Verna Marie Kintzel (Murray). She is survived by: her husband Brad Otto of Cedarville, IL; her children, Nichole Bell (Jeremy) of Grand Rapids, MI, Whitnie Snodgrass (Brad) of Rockford, MI and Kiefer Otto of Chicago, IL; her grandchildren, Zoe, Jaxon, Gryffen, Zeke and Brother Jeff Kintzel (Cheri) of Freeport, IL; and her sister Sharon Welt (Paul) of Cedarville, IL. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
