It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Troy Pennell (Cave in Rock, Illinois), who passed away on November 26, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Pennell and Zelpha Pennell; his brothers, Jarg Pennell (Veldene) and Glenn Pennell (Mary); his granddaughter Stormi Jo Pennell; his parents-in-law, Wilmetta and Charlie Jones; and his siblings-in-law, Elladee Martin (Thomas), Larry Osborn, Randall Dutton, Roger Buklew and Glen Rose.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Pennell; his children, Troy Pennell and Sheila Kimes; his son-in-law Wayne Kimes; his granddaughter Adrienne Tripp; his grandson-in-law Dustin Tripp; his great grandchildren, Madison Hartline (Nathaniel Ross) and Charles Eli Ross; his siblings, Cleo Bucklew, Marlene Dutton, Bonnie Rose and Roy Pennell (Thelma); and his sisters-in-law, Loreta Osborn and Donna Griggs (Darrell). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
