With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Marilyn Sue Reed of Cave in Rock, Illinois, born in Hamilton, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Jefferson Lampley; and her stepfather Frank Rustin. She is survived by: her mother Retha Florine Bowman Lampley; her children, Jeremiah Davis (Brandy Shupp), Jonathon Davis (Jackie Sweet) and Danean Reed (Jessica Lampert); her sisters, Teresa Lampley Casteel (Will Belford) and Rhonda Lampley Pearcy; her half-brother Jeffery Thomas Lampley; and her nephews, Jason, Eric, Nathan, Brendan and Alex.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Otterbien Cemetery. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
