It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John LaVern Price of Cave in Rock, Illinois, who passed away on April 30, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Price and Marie Price; and his in-laws, Harry Lee and Opal Denton. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Price (Denton); his children, John Bradly Price (Michele) of Elizabethtown, IL, Brian David Price (Trisha) of O'Fallon, IL and Julie Beth Warren (Greg) of Rosiclare, IL.; his siblings, Jim Price (Sandy) of Hopkinsville, KY and Loretta Hohler (Ben) of Green River, WY.; his grandchildren, Addisyn Hartman (Jordan), Brennon Warren (Hailey), Colby Price, Conor Price, Nathanial Price, Brently Price, Cassidie Price and Jamison Price; his stepgrandchildren, Marrissa Bowery (Seth), Robie Cavins and Monica Keller (Eric); his friend Ronnie Row "DoubleR"; and his pet Kitty. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Memorial contributions in his honor may be made to the Golden Circle and left at the funeral home.
