He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jenkins and Mary Jenkins. He is survived by: his wife Paula Jenkins; his siblings, Joyce Jenkins and Bill Jenkins; his niece Claire Jenkins; his close friend Wanda Lou McDermott; and his stepchildren, James A. Owens, Matthew Owens and Amanda Bloodworth.

“I have spoke with John a few times. We were working on a deal for 1 of his storage units. I spoke to him about 2 weeks ago. I didnt know him well but the times we talked he was kind and I could tell he was a good man. I was going to see him the week before he passed and did not make it down. I regret that I didnt get to see him. Condolences from myself and my team at Dominion Global Inc as well as the Hardin County Sheriff's dept.”
