He is survived by: his wife Melanie "Mimi" Tolbert; his children, Irene Tolbert (Allen Adams), Paula Tolbert (Skylar Duncan), Clinton Tolbert (Ashley Jenkins) and Rachel Tolbert (Brit Hepp); his grandchildren, Charles Raper, Cecilia Kelley, Joseph Kelley, Prudence Kelley, Riley Kelley, Fallon Engelkens-Kelley, Reagan, Duncan, Lucas Moore, Talan Moore and Haelyn Tolbert; his great grandchildren, Patrick Raper, Willadean Burt and Jessie Raper; his siblings, Robert Tolbert (Anita), Barbara Clanton (Raymond), Phyllis Tolbert, Clara Potts, Lila Brown (Sissy), Ronnie Brown, Billy Joe Brown, James Lee Brown, Tommy Brown, Lisa Brown, Carolyn Brown and Doug Brown; and his sons-in-law, Ricardo Cavazos, Joseph Kelley and Nathan Moore. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
