She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Jacobs and Edith Anderson Jacobs; her son-in-law Gary Carter; her grandson Doug Carter; and her great grandchild Matthew.
She is survived by: her spouse Fay Williams; her daughters, Crystal Carter of Fairmount and Janice Dirks (Greg) of Catlin; her sister Melissa "Jackie" Hewitt of Dickinson, TX; her grandchildren, J. J. Carter (Tina), Betsy LaFleur (Ben), Amanda Fruhling and Ashley Ames (Mike); her granddaughter-in-law Robin Carter; and her great grandchildren, Brady, Aubrey, Lincoln, Bella, Maddie, Dirk, Devin, Dane, Dakota, Lilly, Mikey, Hunter and Jordan.
