He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Deane Tipsword and Mary Genevieve Peters; his wife Jolene Deal; his children, Paul Bierman (Katy) of Tolono, Mikey Tipsword of Catlin, Illinois, Brenda Edwards (Dave) of Marshfield, Annette Pitlik (Jamie) of Danville Illinois and Holly Kizer (Jon) of Gifford, Illinois; and his siblings, Lynn Velasco of Effingham Illinois and Tom Tipsword. He was also cherished by 16 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
