He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Hall and Laura Long Hall; and his siblings, Alman, Ray Hall, Lois Potter and Katherine Schrope.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Ostenburg; his son Leslie Todd Hall (Tammy) of Greenup, Illinois; his sister Elma Mikel of Tyler, Texas; his granddaughters, Katherine Whitlow of Potomac and Sarah Cole (Colin) of Toledo, Illinois; his great grandchildren, Aiden Hayes and Piper Jeffers; and his siblings-in-law, Billie Wicker (Bill) and Jon Ostenburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
