She was predeceased by: her parents, David Arthur and Pauline Jones Thomas; her husband George Edward Harby; her daughter Sue Ann Pirtle; and her brother Robert Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Kay Smoot (Ronald) of Catlin and David Harby (Terry) of Catlin; her son-in-law Mike Pirtle; and her grandchildren, Matthew Smoot, Jedediah Smoot (Tara), Kylynn Bialeschki (Nick), Stevenson Harby (Carly), Andrew Harby (Courtney), Grace Pirtle and Grant Pirtle. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Catlin United Methodist Church or the Catlin Historical Society.
