With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Johnson of Catlin, Illinois, born in Hoopeston, Illinois, who passed away on March 3, 2023 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Thurman and Pearl Davis Thurman; her husband Donald C. Johnson; her sons, Jay, Mark and Billy Johnson; and her sisters, Mary Lou Carter and Dorothy Peck.
She is survived by: her siblings, Thomas Thurman Jr. (Janice) of Richmond, John Thurman (Betty) of Gainesville, Georgia and Judith Laird of Kokomo, Indiana; and her grandchildren, Karha, Travis, Susan, Pam, Chanse and Jesse. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
