With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Irv Richardson of Catlin, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 24, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Neal Richardson and Fern Richardson (Irwin); his son-in-law Rich Wakeland; and his grandchildren, Adam and Amber Wakeland.
He is survived by: his children, Gail Biggerstaff (David) of Catlin, Jill Dable (Perry) of Catlin, Cami Wakeland of Catlin and Ted Richardson (Melody); his grandchildren, Danielle Biggerstaff (Gary Askren), Beau Biggerstaff (Donica), Ben Biggerstaff, Ross Dable, Zach Dable (Jenna), Rich Wakeland (Maddie), Hope Wakeland (Lane Johns), Jessica Brown (Treyton) and Amber Walls (Austin); his great grandchildren, Julian, Oakley and Violet; and his sister Darlene Kennedy of Wayne City, Ill..
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Catlin United Methodist Church (106 W Vermilion St, Catlin, IL 61817). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the United Methodist Church (106 W Vermilion St, Catlin, IL 61817).
