He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Hinkle and Clara Hinkle (Hutchings); his wife Freda Doggett; and his siblings, Leila Gibson, Ruth Newlin, Lorine King, Rosie Huddleston, Dean, George, Rex and Nolan Hinkle.
He is survived by: his child Donnie; his brother Kenneth Hinkle (Ruth); his grandchildren, Donnie Hinkle Jr., Jason Hinkle, Bobby Hinkle, Cindy Hicks (Chris) and Lindsay Keller; and his great grandchildren, Kamryn, Kobe, Dylan, Kyson, Broox, Lucie, Emma, Abby, Olivia and Maverick. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
