David Walter Darr Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 7, 2022, at the age of 93, David Walter Darr (Catlin, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bryan Darr and Rosa Alice Hart Darr; his siblings, Charles Darr (Mary Elizabeth), Dane Darr, Paul Darr (Margaret), Marjorie Diel (Ralph) and Mary Puzey (Lloyd); his daughter-in-law Melanie Darr; and his great grandchildren, Tyler and Bethany Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Dalbey; his children, Nancy Van Vickle (John) of Oakwood, Richard Darr (Patti) of Edgewater, James Darr of Fairmount, Dale Darr (Joan) of Fairmount, Steven Darr (Judi) of Melrose Park and Robert Darr (Melissa) of Gifford, Illinois; his sister-in-law Mary Lou Darr of Fairmount, Illinois; and his caregiver Sharon Patton. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
Memorials in David's memory may be made to Holy Family Catholic Church or the Vermilion County Animal Shelter.
