He was predeceased by: his sister Mary DeJaeger; his granddaughter Carla Potter; and his sister-in-law Ann DeJaeger. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Robert Walker (Sheryl) and Viki Potter; his stepgrandchildren, Darci Scott (Jeff) and Kristin Sanderson (Mike); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Hayli Brown, Ryder Brown, Brayden Scott, Teigan Sanderson and Bryleigh Sanderson; and his brother Phillip R. DeJaeger.
Memorial donations may be given in his name to American Legion Post #776, Catlin, IL or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
