It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Finley of Catlin, Illinois, born in Fairmount, Illinois, who passed away on May 27, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry C. Finley and Nora Cockrell Finley. He is survived by: his wife Carol Boots; his sons, David Finley (Catina) of Glen Ellyn and Lloyd Finley of Catlin; and his grandchildren, Jenisa Schlunaker (William) and Justina Finley (Adam Proctor). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
