We are sad to announce that on April 6, 2023, at the age of 89, Vada M. Kennedy of Caseyville, Illinois, born in Wayne, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John "Jack" H. Kennedy, Sr.; her parents, Ulla and Alma; and her siblings, Duane Marshel, Ruth Ann Young and David Marshel.
She is survived by: her children, John Kennedy, Jr. (Janine), Kevin Kennedy (Tonya), Thomas "Tom" Kennedy (Jackie), Laura Fratus (Randy), Karen Hendricks (Brian) and Ruth Lemp (Dave Frierdich); her grandchildren, Joe, Katy, Kyle, Jennifer, Jack, Tori, Kaitlyn, Andrew, Lisa and Tony; her great grandchildren, Jessica, Liam, Rhys, Adalyn, Skylar, Lucas, Chase, Jenna, Haylee and Tyler; her siblings, Doneta Colclasure, Leland "Pete" Marshel, Patricia Cisne and Mary Ellen Marshel; and her siblings-in-law, Lisa Smith and Douglas Young. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
