He is survived by: his wife Kerry E. Wickline; his son Jacob Wickline of Swansea, IL; his father Michael A.; and his brothers, Michael Alsup (Kellie), Charles Alsup (Darcy) of Kansas City, MO and Christopher Wickline (Emilie) of O'Fallon, IL. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
