She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Simmons and Beulah Simmons; and her brothers, Vernon, Valmyr and Homer Simmons (Dorothy).
She is survived by: her nieces, Helen Watt (Rob) of Collinsville, IL and Kathy Duckworth (Steve) of Collinsville, IL; and her nephew Fred Simmons (Tara) of Caseyville, IL.
