He was predeceased by: his son Gerald L. Gregory, Jr.; his parents, James Dixon and Margaret Dixon; and his brother Nick Gregory. He is survived by: his wife Alicica "Lisa" Gregory; his daughters, Denise McGee (Dale), Diana Guffey, Lisa Parrott (David) and Kathy Gibbs (Brian); his grandchildren, Meagan Kinsey (Hunter), McKayla Brown (Brockton), Terry Guffey, Ashley Bishop (Kenny), Jerry Gregory, Dustin James, Kayla Parrott, Sarah Parrott, Brandi Simmons, Briana Self (Jeremy), Brian Simmons (Teal) and Brittney Highbaugh (Jacob); his great grandchildren, Wrenley Kinsey, Grehson Bishop, Mayce Bishop, Mia Gregory, Elijah Gregory, Noah Gregory, Roman James, Raelynn James, Gavin Self, Briar Simmons, Titan Simmons, Berkleigh Simmons and Karsyn Highbaugh; and his sister-in-law Lonnie Giertych (Julia Gregory).
