He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon L. Hallows and Emma Mae Albers (Hohnsbehn); his former wife Donna Hallows; and his siblings, Eldon Hallows, Denzil McCollum, Ramona "Monie" Maronie, Alita A. Albers and Linda Jane Albers.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Hallows (Tracey) of Bradenton, FL and Lori Hallows; and his siblings, Kim Albers (Brenda) of Dongola, IL, Rochelle "Chelley" Moore of East Alton and Leslie Schultz of Alton.
