He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Jackson and Maxine Jackson (Higgins); his brothers, Larry Waugh and Jerry Waugh; and his siblings-in-law, Anthony Carney, Ellen Waugh and Melissa Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Marie Jackson (Carney); his siblings, Mike Jackson (Jody) of Granite City, Tom Waugh of Terre Haute, Jim Waugh of Iowa, Marsha Hayes of Belleville and Tracy Phillips (Kim) of Indiana; his parents-in-law, Patricia and Pete Fecurka of Cuba, Missouri; and his brother-in-law Ronald Carney of Cuba, Missouri. He is also survived by many nieces; nephews; other extended family and friends.
