James J. Mullen Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 9, 2025, at the age of 80, James J. Mullen of Casey, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, James shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid James farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Gilbert Mullen and Kathryn Lucille Mullen (Kaser). He is survived by: his sister Nancy Howe (Mullen) of Effingham, IL; his nephew Mike Mullen (Vicki) of Newton, IL; and his cousins, Randy Perry (Barb) of Cleveland, TN, Lori Perry McFall (Cris) of Greenwood, IN and Dick King of Temple, TX.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Markwell Funeral Home (200 N Central Ave, Casey, IL 62420). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
