He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Maxwell and Velma Lorene Maxwell (Williams); his sister Ellen Maxwell; and his sister-in-law Virginia Maxwell. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Maxwell of Casey, IL; his children, Stacey Harris (Ryan) of Champaign, IL and Bryan Maxwell (Kathy) of Champaign, IL; his grandsons, Luke and Jack Maxwell; and his brothers, Jack William Maxwell (Jackie) of Lexington, MO, Larry Ray Maxwell of Rochel, IL and Robert Lee Maxwell (Pennie) of Martinsville, IL..
