He is survived by: his wife Betsy Collins of Casey, IL; his children, Jonathan Collins of Casey, IL, Amanda McGuire of Gilbert, AZ, Daniel Collins of Casey, IL, Peter Collins of Casey, IL and Hannah Collins of Casey, IL; his siblings, Ernie Smith (Jackie) of Brazil, IN, Duane Collins (Debbie) of Covington, IN, Nettie Anderson of Tilton, IL, Carol Garrison (Billy) of Mt. Vernon, IL, Otto Collins (Donna) of Indianola, IL and Karla Stewart of West Frankfort, IL; his grandchildren, Elijah Barnes, Kole Dean Collins and Corinne Gibbs; and also Church. He is also survived by family and many friends.
