With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald E. Stephen of Casey, Illinois, who passed away on July 9, 2022 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Stephen and Ruth Stephen (Perisho); his wife Barbara Bower; and his siblings, Paul, Roy and Betty.

He is survived by: his children, Lesa Swanson (Jeff), Tony Stephen (Amy), Stephanie Scott (Kelly) and Kathy Smith (Dustin); and his grandchildren, Lainy, Ally, Austin Stephen, Baylee, Quintin, Savannah Scott, Laila, Maura Kay and Kimber Smith.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Casey VFW.
