He was predeceased by: his parents, James Stivers and Tabitha Stivers (Newlin); and his siblings, John Stivers, Ted Stivers and Alberta Johnson (Stivers).
He is survived by: his children, Davine Dominquez (Jospeh), James Stivers, John Stivers and Allen Stivers (Amie Forgett) of Casey, IL; his grandchildren, Joseph, Jude, Julianna, Jocelyn, Janel, Jacob and Mikyla; his great grandchild Jaden; his girlfriend Kathy Stout; his daughter Christine Fisher; and his siblings, Danny Stivers of Casey, IL, Michael Stivers (Denise) of Martinsville, Richard Stivers (Cindy) of Mattoon, Dennis Stivers (Karla) of Buncombe, IL, Charlotte Connerton (Stivers) of Marshall, Charles (Kari Ellington) of Casey, James Stivers of Alabama, Alice James (Stivers) of Alabama and Dave Wilson (Karen) of Casey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces, and nephews.
