He is survived by: his wife Melody Garrard of Casey, IL; his children, Curtis Garrard of Robinson, IL, Jason Garrard of Oblong, IL, Kevin Garrard of Lincoln, NE, April Garrard of Charlotte, NC, Matt Morecraft (Laura) of Charleston, IL, Heather Morecraft of Casey, IL, Curtis Morecraft (Kelly) of Charleston, IL, Dustin Garrard of Casey, IL, Nevada Garrard of Casey, IL, Joshua Garrard of Charleston, IL and Dawn Garrard of Marshall, IL; his siblings, Robert Garrard of Flat Rock, IL and Jetta Matheney (Paul) of Robinson, IL; and his niece Church. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, nephews.
