With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chelsey Ulrey of Casey, Illinois, born in Mattoon, Illinois, who passed away on September 5, 2024 at the age of 31. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Rondall, Betty Ulrey and Harold Dean Robinson; her great-grandparent Pearl Rich; her aunts, Betty Kingery and Gayla McDowell; and her uncle Ernie Rich.
She is survived by: her parents, Mike Ulrey and Bobbie Ulrey (Robinson); her siblings, Corey, Brandon Ulrey and Lindsey Storer (David); her grandmother Irene Weaver; and her aunts and uncles, Ronda Ulrey, Troy Ulrey (Amie), Billy Robinson, Cleo Robinson (Karen), James Owen (Turbo), Sue McVey, Marilyn Carlen, Michele Ethridge and James Kimery. She is also survived by several other cousins, nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 11th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Barkley Funeral Chapel (300 N Kentucky St, Greenup, IL 62428). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 11th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
