It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Ray Carver of Casey, Illinois, born in Charleston, Illinois, who passed away on February 9, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Frederick Clinton Carver and Elizabeth Ann Handley Carver (Lib); and his siblings, Wesley John Carver, Frederick Carver, Danny Carver and Brenda Gail Brooks.
He is survived by : his spouse Brinda Sue VanScyoc; his siblings, Jerry Carver (Cherie) of Pulaski, TN, Ron Hardy of Noble, OK, Deanna Guffey of Casey, IL, Clara "Macky" Shelton of Casey, IL and Beverly Carver of Martinsville, IL; and his foster daughter Sabrina Warner. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, great nephews, and great nieces.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 a. m. – 11:00 a. m. prior to the service on Wednesday morning at Markwell Funeral Home, 200 N. Central Ave., Casey, IL. (Per CDC Guidelines indoor masks and face coverings are required regardless of vaccination status in the facility. Attendees should also practice social distancing.).
