He is survived by: his children, Liane Weaver (Jesse), John (Amanda), Chelsea Katzenberger, Brett Butterfield (Savannah) and Dana Borta (Jeff); his grandchildren, Evan, Myles Weaver, Ryatt, Jayna Borta, Tristan Katzenberger, Charles Price and Payten Crane; and his siblings, Marty, Keith and Bette Anne.
In commemoration of Wayne's life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to the American Heart Association.
