He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lesiowski and Aniela Lesiowski; his wife Kathleen M. "Kitty Mae" Carney; and his sister Christine. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Woepse, Tom Lesiowski (Mary), Karen Lesiowski and Patti Biewald (Mark); his grandchildren, Londyn, Jonathon, Danielle, Courtney, Liam, Claire and Danny; and his sisters, Albertina "Birdie" Hoffman, Mary Sullivan (Chuck) and Joanne Kasmirs. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and friends.
