He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Polston and Catherine Polston; and his grandparents, Rocco, Catherine Campanella, Howard and Mary "May" Polston.
He is survived by: his wife Paula Schmitz; his children, Kimberly Holder (Paul) and Mark Polston (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Nate (Ashley), Noah, Isaiah, Luke, Jacob and Daniel; his great grandchildren, Kenzi, Killian, Eliza and Memphis; and his siblings, Rita Patt (Dan), Teresa Micek (Larry), Mary Kay Young (Jock), Gigi Litecky (Bernie), Bill Polston (Pat) and Thomas Polston. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
