He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Dolly"; his children, Wendy Layshock (Paul), Tracy Costain and Joseph Guido (Suzanne); his granddaughters, Amanda Costain, Abigail Costain, Liliana Layshock and Autumn Layshock; his stepgrandchildren, Lexi Meadows and Carli Meadows; his brother Timothy Guido (Cynthia); his son Joe; his children-in-law, Paul and Suzanne; and his granddaughters, Abby, Lexi and Carli.
