She is survived by: her husband Terry Dvorak; her children, Janet Love-Lusk (Ken), Valerie Provenzano (Paul), Steven Zerin (Dawn) and Elise Lomonaco (Marcus); and her brother Van Hall. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
