He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Francis O'Neill and Blanche O'Neill; his children, Brian Christopher O'Neill, Kathleen C. O'Neill (Anthony Bonilla) and Patrick S. O'Neill; his grandchildren, Bradley O'Neill, Jeremy O'Neill, Colin O'Neill, Brody Ryan O'Neill, Katie Bonilla, Matthew Bonilla and Ireland Ann O'Neill; his wife Linda; and his brother Mike O'Neill.
In lieu of flowers memorials would be appreciated to the Cary K-Nine unit.
