He is survived by: his wife Patricia Frischolz; his children, Martin Frischolz (Laura), Michael Frischolz (Kathy), Therese Marzouk and Katherine Novak (Greg Schliefert); his grandchildren, Jessica, Michael, Kristin, Noah, Zoe, Seth, Lila and Alexander; and his sister Claire Ann Bickford (Philip).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Otto's name.
