He is survived by: his children, John, Jake and Bella; his parents, Howard Cody of Cary and Carol Cody of Cary; his sisters, Mindy Garis (Tim) of Crystal Lake, IL and Merry Sieck (Tim) of Huntley, IL; and his nieces and nephews, Mackenzie, Keegan, Avery and Carter.
