He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Roccaforte and Marie Roccaforte; his wife Rita Toohey; his siblings, Richard Roccaforte and Gertrude Roccaforte; and his son Thomas Roccaforte.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Chemelewski (Jeff) of Cary, Ill., Peter Roccaforte of Cleveland, Jane Kreha (Bob) of Grand Rapids, Mich., Michael Roccaforte (Deb) of Carmel, Ind., Teresa DeFelice of Oakland, Fla., Ann David (Keven) of Elmhurst, Ill. and David Roccaforte (Tricia Stewart) of Spring Grove, Ill.. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
