Katherine Marie Brandt Obituary
We bid farewell to Katherine Marie Brandt of Cary, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 20, 2025 at the age of 85. Katherine Marie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Norton and Eleanor Norton (Barry); her husband Donald Brandt; and her siblings, Paul Norton of Massachusetts, Nancy DeBonis of Massachusetts, Thomas Norton of Massachusetts, Louise Buckley of Massachusetts, Lawrence Norton of Massachusetts and Eleanor Trites of California.
She is survived by: her children, Ned Lamarre (Melissa) and Ellen Lamarre; her stepdaughter Susan Brandt; her grandchildren, Korrie Lamarre and Jourdan Rainey (Nathan); and her great grandchildren, Margo and Gwenyth. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, and treasured friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church (410 N 1st St, Cary, IL 60013). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Windridge Memorial Park (7014 S Rawson Bridge Rd, Cary, IL 60013).
