He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren H. Oest and Margaret A. Oest (Pokorny); his grandparents, Joe, Rose Pokorny, Dorothia Oest and Marjorie Aldrich; his cousins, Karen, Brian, Bernie and Hayley; his stepfather Jack W. Aldrich; and his brother Warren Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Christina Engel (Rich), Michael (Brenda) and Elizabeth; his grandchildren, Stephanie Engel-Ockerman (Steve), Benjamin and Tristan; and his siblings, Christine Oest-Vanderwerker (Ken), Phil (Sarah), Mary Mootrey, Joanne Silbernagel (Jim), Jay Aldrich (Nancy), Kevin Aldrich (Lani), Sheila Scott (Kevin), Niall Aldrich, Seanna Aldrich (Jim) and Barbie Aldrich. He is also survived by many aunts uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
