He is survived by: his wife Jean (Schultz); his children, Jim, Joe, Denise Chrisman (Mike) and Jon (Lisa); his sister Teresa Smolic (Mike); his grandchildren, Kaylyn Bell (Chris), Matthew, Justin, Carter and Noah; his great grandchildren, Christopher, Kolton, Zoryana and Levi; his nephews, John Smolic (Janet) and Rick Smolic; and his niece Linda Smolic.
